Again I want to thank all of you for your support you have given to the club. We are doing good as a club and prospering. Please continue with supporting your club and remember we always welcome any volunteers that want to help with our functions, trust me we need any and all volunteers. Thank You!

Any questions on the newsletter, calendar of events or Post closure due to inclement weather please call the post (410-754-5020) or David (bar manager @ 302-381-0020) I look forward to seeing everyone coming out and having a great time and supporting the Post.

Never forget to keep our troops in your heart and prayers. Remember their families and what they have given up for us.

Men’s Auxiliary Message

Hello Guys!

The men’s Aux is holding its first Poker Run May 14th. It will start at the Federalsburg VFW and end at the Federalsburg VFW.

This years Bike Show is approaching fast, so let’s get in the mood and set the standards to put on the best bike show we have ever produced. If anybody can help let us know as soon as possible.

Men’s Aux is raffling a hand carved Decoy Duck. It was donated by Skip Eicholtz, all proceeds are going towards Kevin Noble’s memorial funds. The chances are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. If you would like to purchase chances please contact myself or ask one of the bartenders.

This has been a rough month. We lost our treasurer Kevin Noble, he was a truly good friend and was a big part of the men’s Aux. We will truly miss him!

Thanks for supporting the Joint Committees, Fish Fry on April 22nd 2011. I hope you enjoyed a great dinner and conversation with old and new friends.

Ladies Auxiliary Message

I would like to say Thank-You to all the ladies aux. members who came out and took part in our annual elections. Your commitment to the ladies aux. exemplifies who we are and what we do, which is to support our post, our Veterans and Active Duty Personnel.

The Men’s Auxiliary Annual Bike Show is on June 11th. We will once again be selling food at this event. If you can help out that day, please call me. The annual convention for the Department of Maryland will once again be in Ocean City, June 6th through June 9th.

On a personal note. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to my Post family for the kind words, cards, visits, food and so much more that myself and my family received during our loss. Kevin loved being a part of the Post. I hope all of you know how much you mean to me and how grateful I am to have all of you as members of my family.

Our goal is to be 100%, save time and money, life memberships are always available.

Remember to keep all our troops and veterans in your thoughts and prayers. Remember all of our sisters of the auxiliary. If you know of any member who is ill or homebound, please contact our chaplain, Libby Fluharty (410-754-9794.)
